October Styled Shoot

Fall has FINALLY rolled around here in NC (can I get a hallelujah?!).

Story time: I was out thrifting (what's new), and I stumbled upon this dream of a dress. I immediately knew that this would be the perfect dress to plan a fall-inspired styled shoot around. So, like any compulsive thrift buyer would do, I bought it...not even knowing if I would even have time to plan a styled shoot around it.

But, WOW, I was blown away by the number of vendors who were eager to participate and shared in my excitement. They each made this process so fun, seamless, and amazing.

When I was planning, I knew that I wanted to make it a community event. I mean, let's be real...styled shoots are WAY more fun alongside fellow creatives. I was joined by five incredibly gifted ladies: Parker Stanley Photography, Courtney Langley Photography, Jennie Magda Photography, Laura Sydney Photography, Cardinal Direction Photography. These babes created SO much magic, and I can't stop swooning over all the golden goodness they captured.

First up: hair and makeup brought to you by this literal MAGICIAN. Sofia, you have such a gift for makeup.

The Meadows has several STUNNING getting ready rooms. Sofia worked her magic in this functional bathroom that has a full makeup bar with a lit mirror, a wicked cool greenery wall that reaches to the ceiling, and plenty of seating. Bathroom goals? Yes.

Next on the list: styled table! I styled and designed this table, but I couldn't have done it without Kerry from Longest Time Design! She creates some STUNNING printed goods, and generously created some gorgeous menus for this table! The table wouldn't have been complete without her creations.

Let's just chat about this menu. The simplicity and elegance of the menu complimented the gold accents on the table. Kerry, you have such a talent and eye for creativity.

And this bouquet created by Callie of Southern Atlas?! UM, my jaw dropped when I first saw it. Callie totally perfected the ultimate floral fall look! Her bouquet complimented everything perfectly.

Again, Sofia...you ROCKED Vaeda's makeup and hair! It fit so perfectly with this high-neck, vintage dress.

And let the sweetness begin.

And that's a wrap. Vaeda + Dylan...you two have such a sweet love, and it was so much fun getting to roam around The Meadows with you two.
